Since network has been indispensable to people, internet, LAN and even mobile GPRS are present anywhere. Rapid development of network leads to likely new technique and its application, and P2P is new technique for network application which is increasingly popularly used. It has been generally recognized as broad applying prospect due to its massive advantage in intensity communication, file transmitting, distribution calculation and so on.The traditional network application mode is basically "server-client" and the providers of service provide resources through network server for people and users obtain needed contents from server in the term of stated agreement. P2P is opposite to traditional C/S mode ant accounts for the "bottleneck" problem of server resources, increasing the utilization rate of resources, transmitting the pressure of massive flow to the entire network.Universal application of P2P downloading mode, such as BT, encroaches upon massive bandwidth. A great amount of flow rate of P2P blocks network, reducing the network rate, having the other users inconvenient, increasing the network burden and operation cost. As bring much pressure on operators. In this paper, we tested the flow rate of users and analyzed the network stability influenced by P2P flow rate. At the same time, we provided some methods to ensure average use and stability of network.P2P technique has had four kinds of applications: equity calculation, team work, search engine and file exchange. Nowadays, P2P has more broad application and has changed the face of internet to a great extent. P2P technique makes common users actively participate in the information pool of internet boosts the spirits of free share and democracy and open of internet. For the future, P2P will be developed for more and better application.
