The Analysis Of Comprehensive Educational Administration System And Its Design Based On Campus Network

The educational administration is a very important and quitecomplicated job in all schools' management. With the development ofthe higher education of our country, the enrollment students areincreasing rapidly, which leads to much more management businesses,especially the amount of the educational administration. NationalMinistry of Education has assessed the universities' teaching process,which makes every university standardize in teaching and makes thematerials collections and management more careful. These changesshow that the educational administration by hand can't meet demands ofuniversities' educational administration management at present. In orderto meet the need of development of teaching, make the educationaladministration personnel free out from it, the development of this systemis for adapting to these changes.Based on the project implementation of the comprehensiveadministrative system of our college and the developing process, thisarticle emphatically explains the procedure of software development. Itexhaustively analyzes this system from four aspects: business procedure,function description, dataflow, data dictionary and exhaustively designsthis system from four aspects: database logic model, software structure,module processing instruction and interface design. Last, this articlegives us a summary and proposes its bright future for the furthercompletion of the system.
