Online Negotiation Integration Platform Of E-Commerce Order Real-time Processing

Negotiation is one of the key problems in the e-Commerce order real-time processing. At present, a great deal of research about e-Commerce negotiation focuses on automatic negotiation, but ignores the individuality demand of customers. In this way, sometimes the enthusiasm of customer is affected, which results in the decrease of orders. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce video-based interaction manual negotiation based on automatic negotiation, in order to increase the efficiency of e-Commerce negotiation.For integration of e-Commerce online negotiation and video-based interaction manual negotiation, the integration theory and technology are introduced to the development of online negotiation integration platform, for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of online negotiation and the benefit of e-Commerce website. Based on the analysis of related requirements of the integration platform, we study the key technologies of the integration platform. Furthermore, online negotiation integration platform of e-Commerce order real-time processing is designed and realized. The main researches in this paper are as follows:(1) This paper undertakes overall analysis of every aspect of the integration platform, such as definition, operation flow, data flow, function demand and integration demand. All these offer foundations for construction of the integration platform.(2) On the basis of analysis of the integration platform, some researches of applying key technologies for the realization of the integration platform are carried out: an integration solution for multi-source databases, which combines direct access mainly and data transformation secondarily; the function integration of the integration platform tentatively in the form of real-time interaction interface; the operation integration schema to satisfy the consecutiveness and integrality requirements of operation flow.(3) This paper designs the integration platform from several respects, such as collectivity goals, design principle, technology building-up and frame. Then a demonstration system of integration platform has been designed and realized according to the above-mentioned contents.The researches of applying key technologies in this paper offer technical support for the integration of online negotiation of e-Commerce order real-time processing and video technology, and have some practical value. The realization of the integration platform provides the video-based online negotiation operating environment to users, and offers exemplification for face-to-face online negotiation in e-Commerce. Therefore, it has great facilitation to the development of e-Commerce order real-time processing.
