Research On Real-Time And Intelligent System Of E-Commerce Order Processing

In consideration of the social logistics delivery capacity, this paper focused on the real-time and intelligent processing of E-Commerce orders by applying knowledge representation and knowledge-based reasoning of Artificial Intelligent, agent theory and technology of distributed Artificial Intelligent.This paper emphasized on the problems of the knowledge representation for E-Commerce orders, reasoning methods for intelligent processing of E-Commerce orders, optimal model and methods for determination of the logistics delivery capability in the orders processing, and the software robot of E-Commerce order processing. The detail contents were as follows:(1) Research on the methods and models of the intelligent processing of E-Commerce orders. After analyzing the information structure of E-Commerce orders and key procedures of E-Commerce order intelligent processing, the knowledge representation of E-Commerce order processing was brought forwards as the basis of the intelligent processing of E-Commerce order. Based on analysis of the flow of E-Commerce order intelligent processing, relationships among the key procedures, and the attributes of each procedure, the reasoning organization and methods of E-Commerce order processing were set up. Further, the optimal models and methods for cost computation and capacity computation in supplying and deliverying were set up during the intelligent processing of E-Commerce order.(2) Research on real-time and intelligent system for E-Commerce order processing. The software robot for the real-time and intelligent processing of E-Commerce orders was developed to realize the interaction between the customers and the Internent Retailers. The multi-agent structure and communication methods of the software robot for E-Commerce order processing were emphasized, so does the structure of each agent.(3) Research on application system. The bookstore web site was built in R&D Center of E-Commerce DUT (Dalian HP-Compaq E-Commerce Solution Center). On the J2EE development platform, the multi-agent system of E-Commerce order real-time and intelligent processing, which took socialized logistics delivery capability into consideration, was developed.The research in this paper was the crossover and penetration between knowledge engineering, artificial intelligent and distributed artificial intelligent. It is the beneficial exploration to make the E-Commerce order processing more intelligent, more scientific and more real-time. It is helpful to promote the development of E-Commerce, to enlarge the application scopes of knowledge engineering and artificial intelligent, and improve the application research of distributed artificial intelligent.
