Research And Implement Of The Processing Technology Of PA Image For AIDS

Medical image processing is a kind of new technology which has developed with the development of image processing. We use digital image processing in medical original image of PA (gelatin Particle Agglutination) test for AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) to resolve the problem of high error ratio. We do pre-processing to the original image including image filtration, change of histogram and so on. After the pre-processing of image we get the image with less noise and better object image. After that, we analysis the feature of PA image and extract some parameters of image including area, circumference, distance, shape factor. We class PA image with the parameters and the determination of PA test. We put many algorithms on trial with MATLAB to get the best threshold of segmentation and edge abstraction.We present a new technique of image processing for the feature of PA test image, which is named coordinate setting. No one had used this technology in PA test image processing before us. The precondition of this technology is that the image has fixing coordinate. We analysis the samples to get the data including coordinate of center and the rang of kinds images and the threshold of segmentation and the cutting rang; then we can segment the image with the data; at last ,the result is exported after data was judged. This technique is simple and veracious; and it also turns out that it is suitable for the processing and analyzing of other infectious diseases'PA test image.The paper provide the flow of image processing, first we analysis the data of samples, we put the data that including center coordinate, the coordinate of little vessel, cutting coordinate, threshold of segmentation and edge data into program of the new PA test image processing. Then we can process the new PA test image with these data. The flow is that image inputting, image cutting, image availability analysis, image cropping, image pre-processing, image segmentation, result fixing, and result output.We complete the whole system with Visual C++ and scanning instrument. The PA test system is development with software Visual C++ which works in the environment of windows. We pick the image with scanning instrument by ActiveX control.
