The Design And Implementation Of A Tax Network Declare And Data Analysis System

Nowadays the world is entering the information-based ages gradually. The tax network declare is a service that temporizes the information-based ages. This paper researches the key techniques of tax network declare and data analysis, using Visual Studio 2005 and ORACLE 9i development tool, adopting B/S and C/S integrated structure. The system is divided into two sub-system: tax network declare sub-system and data analysis sub-system. In tax network declare sub-system, the paper illustrates user login, CA, authority management, tax declare process and large scale parallel scheme. In data analysis sub-system, the paper illustrates using on line analytical processing tool build up the early-warning mechanism towards the owing tax customers, using associate data mining algorithm to get customers'sale range and tax declare detail association library, prevent customer make untrue invoice. Also we attempt to integrate data mining and OLAP tools, using sequence data mining algorithm and OLAP tools on two continuous years'tax declare data, then compare the result to get abnormal tax declare customer list, so provide assistant decision function for tax administrators. This paper provides the theories and method for the similar system design and development.
