With the continuous development of modern navigation system and the data fusion technology, the data processing becomes an important part of navigation system, which has great effect on the performance of system. More extensive functions can be realized by navigation data processing, the main function of traditional processing systems is circumscribed in navigation information combination, it can not meet the requirements of modern navigation system. This issue carries out research on the evaluation system of navigation sensors'with visualize function based on data fusion technology. As the overall design is proposed, the system is divided into two subsystems, the pretreatment subsystem and the fusion-evaluation subsystem. The system software is designed with Object Oriented Program method.A standard file format is proposed after the fusion system's requirement against the complex situation of constituent of multi-navigation sensors system of airplane. Then the pretreatment system is designed and developed. The files which can meet the requirement can be acquired by the following steps: standardization of data format, checking-repairing progress and merging of non-inertial navigation data. It concludes that the pretreatment subsystem can meet the designing requirement by testing, and has good time performance.Subsequently, in order to realize function of data fusion, the Kalman filter and the RTS smooth algorithms is packaged in class; Multi-thread is used to make the complex calculating progress ran in background in order to increase the system's efficiency. The outer modules'ability of responding the event in algorithms class is enabled by Windows Message, with which the ActiveX control can realize the visual simulation of fusion progress in real-time.A fusion strategy is designed in order to get an accurate data file. The file is used as standard to evaluate single sensor in different methods which determined by type. It proves that the evaluation for navigation sensor is accuracy by the system's testing.
