Turbulence has been known as "the final mystery in classicalphysics", which is the most complex theories in unsolved CFD.Turbulence is a kind of random movement. In turbulence, there iscomposite structure with disorder small-scale pulse structure and thelarge-scale structure of the vortex structure (coherent structure).Itis first found by Reynolds and proved in experiment in 1883.There is something to do with the numerical simulation of turbulentflow in project flow, chemical reaction, heat intersection andproliferation. It is very complex. But we concern in speed, pressure,temperature, momentum, energy and the changes made by environmentalvariables.To show the fact in turbulence flow, there are 3 methods:①RANS,②large eddy simulation, LES,③Direct Numerical Simulation, DNS.Because of the complexity in mechanical structure and the low speed ofcomputer, LES and DNS is not used in the numerical simulation ofturbulent flow. Turbulence model is used to make the Navier-stocksequations closed.k-εTurbulence Model and its two-equation mode have beensuccessfully used for turbulent flow analysis, and make the basicturbulent flow equations of mass, momentum, energy can be expressedtogether. SIMPLE algorithm is the most important method for the numericalsimulation of fluid flow. By advantage of VC's powerful programmingdevelopment and Matlab's numerical calculation and visualization,hybrid programming using SIMPLE algorithm could be used for the numericalsimulation of turbulent flow. Finally, a simulation of proliferationof heat intersection is made.
