Atmospheric turbulence effects is one of the important factors limited laser communication, and it is also resolved and capured problems in the laser communication yield in recent years.In this paper,used BNS company produced reflection-type HSP256liquid crystal spatial light modulator study and correct the optical wavefront caused by atmospheric turbulence. Firstly,measured the phase characteristic of the liquid crystal spatial light modulator and correct the part of the nonlinear characteristic curve into linearity; Secondly used the liquid crystal spatial light modulator as the wavefront generator product the optical wavefront of the Zernike polynomial and compared the optical wavefront with the Zernike polynomial law theory,the results showed that LC-SLM can achieve continuous smooth optical wavefront simulation. Finally, the adaptive optics compensation method of the liquid crystal spatial light modulator as the wavefront correction and compensation device in a closed-loop negative feedback control system to complete the correction and compensation of the optical aberration wavefront.Thus described the optical wavefront of the liquid crystal spatial light modulator corrected and compensated distortion.with the number of iterations, software programming method can improve PV value.RMS value and Strehl ratio.However, due to the experimental environment and the limitations of the experimental conditions, needs further validation of the measurement results.
