There are many dangerous areas in the industrial locations. Because of constraints on the condition, the information about the monitoring of humans is always uncertain. It will result in the problem in the rescuing after disasters. At present, the degree of automation and information technology of Chinese existing monitoring system is still low, and is mostly focused on environmental data monitoring. Therefore, the design of safety monitoring on moving targets such as mobile equipment and humans based on advanced technology is imperative. With computer technology, automation technology and the rapid development of technology, the technology about moving targets localization and tracking has matured. As such, this paper puts forward a system of moving targets localization and tracking based on wireless RF localization technology, designs and realize it as well.The paper introduces the key significance to the research and the status quo of moving targets localization, and gives the arrangement of main work.The paper analyzes the principles and characters of the common localization technologies. Because of its good resistance, RF technology is widely used. Although the area localization method lacks of accuracy, it is widely used in industrial applications because it is simpler and less errors compared with other methods. The paper analyzes the possible problem of missing targets and common algorithm in area localization method, and gives a new idea about cluster analysis on the moving track.Based on mine as the specific subjects, the paper designs a system about moving targets undermine localization. The data is collected by ways of wireless and transmitted by the cable in the whole system. The persons and equipments undermine with markers send their own marker IDs via the wireless signal. The base stations undermine collect data by receiving the wireless signal, and upload them to 485/Ethernet gateway via 485 Bus. Main PC links the gateway by TCP/IP protocol, collects data and accomplishes the data analysis, processing and storage. Main PC, the stations undermine and the base stations undermine form a complete system with certain redundancy using 485 bus and Ethernet connection. The software monitoring system based on C/S model can effectively analyze the data, improve the ability of enterprise management, and provide reliable reference information for rescuing after disasters.The research on moving targets localization and tracking contributes to the implementation of the comprehensive industrial monitoring and achieves real-time monitoring of targets and forecasting of targets` tracks, and provides a industrial field monitoring system with advanced automation and information technology consisting of sensor data auto collocation, equipment control, analyzes on environmental data, analyzes on moving targets information, and vice decision making for monitoring center in enterprise management and disaster rescuing.
