The key parameters of A/D,D/A are conversion velocity,conversion precision,resolving power and work voltage. Customarily,high conversion velocity,high conversion precision and high work voltage can not be obtained.The reson of this problem is A/D,D/A technics which restricts the A/D,D/A's development and application domain. Different application domain needs different technics.This thesis contraposes consumers who have needed high conversion velocity and high work voltage has studied and empoldered a new BiCMOS technics—LC2MOS(Linear compatible CMOS)technics which has tremendous application worth.This thesis discuss familiar structures of high voltyge transistor and is dead against several structures which can be compatible to standard BiCMOS technics.This thesis particularly discuss these structures and take advantage of technics emulational software TSUPREM4 and parts of an apparatus emulational software MEDICI to develop a new BiCMOS technics-- LC2MOS technics.Our primary work include:1.we have analysed the amalgamation between normal high voltyge transistor structure and standard BiCMOS technics and the blue print of technics alteration;2.We select a feasible high voltyge structure to come into being the new BiCMOS technics-LC2MOS technics;3.In the new technics,we have added JFET,VPNP and zener diode.4.We have simulated the technics by Tsuprem4 and Medici,regulated technics parameters, inosculated in primary technics by way of a new technics and keeped the low voltyge transistor haracteristics.5.We have made the technics to validate the availability.This thesis'empolder foundation is based on computer. With the development of computer science, CAD has become a more and more indispensable tool in modern IC manufacturing and device investigation. It has many advantages compared with real wafer experiments: 1. Shorter Circle Time. In a real Fab, it will take weeks to give out a IC from an initial wafer; but we can get simulated results in hours by using CAD tools;2. Less Equipment Cost. It will cost a huge amount of money to build a Fab, while it cost a little money to setup the hardware and software of a computer. Though it is not so precise for the simulated results compared with real measured data. The results can be improved by correction and optimization to the software. The most important thing is that it can give a guideline of research by giving right predictions. This thesis takes good use of virtus and advantages of CAD technology and insists on the method that theory combines practice to direct whole study of technics.In the last,the PCM testing and circuit manufacture are satisfied with us. At the present time we are applying patent.
