Research And Application Of Tobacco Management Information System Based On Struts

In recent years, the information management system in an enterprise is becoming more and more complicated with the process of corporate informatization. The design for frame of software system is a very important work in the system development. The traditional frame design has always long development period, unclear structure, disordered code and high dependence between modules, leading to exorbitant cost of system development and difficulty in maintenance. The development of Web and Internet technology has been a great challenge to an enterprise for protection of investment in informatization and IT cost control, requiring that it construct information platform with across-the-aboard and long-term perspectives to meet its current demand as well as have good expandability and compatibility, as to increase its general efficiencies, control capabilities and general competitiveness.For above problems, the frame proposed by this thesis is based on the functions required by the system per se and designs the system with object-oriented analysis, meeting the user's demand for the information system with Struts technology based on MVC pattern, managing the improved IT environment stably in a longer period and solving the problems of openness, flexibility and portability.Firstly, the current situation of tobacco industry is analyzed and the purpose of this paper is given out. Then, the object-oriented technologies such as Distribution, Component and Web Service are discussed, and UML, a standard model language, is introduced, the MVC pattern and Struts frame, which implements the MVC pattern, are especially studied, the application of object-oriented design principal and Struts frame in Web is discussed, and the development flow and the combination of Struts and MVC pattern is summarized.At the end, the development of tobacco information management system is taken as a practical case, describing in detail the process to apply object-oriented principal and how to use UML to build system requirement model and system design model, showing the advantage of object-oriented development method. In the tobacco information management system, the view layer, model layer and controller layer are constructed based on Struts, making the business logic separated from the user interface, making the logic for the dynamic page display separated from the static HTML code, increasing the speed of software development, making it easier to read, maintain and expand. Generally speaking, The Struts frame makes it very flexible and safe to develop the system, while the efficiency of system development is increased tremendously as well.
