The development of Internet expedites the emergence of the brand-new onlinecommercial mode, E-commerce. This concept interrelates with magnanimity ofcustomers' information from the beginning. At the same time, the corn petitions ofthee-commerce enterprises are often determined by just a click of mouse, so howtoobtain and keep this kind of relatively highly-mobile network customers becomes thefocus competed for among every e-commerce enterprises. There is only one way toachieve that is to understand the customers better. Enterprises begin to carry out theidea of customer relationship management in all respects of their practice such asproduction, sell, of after-sale service. In this course, using all kinds of relevantinformation in customer's data warehouse is necessary. And how to effectively utilizethe information become primary technological problem of the field. Because of this,the data mining technology catch the trends. The function of data mining in customerrelationship management is to choose and washing customer's data, the obtaining andkeeping of the customer, valuable customer distinguish, customer satisfaction analysisand customer's credit analysis and so on. This text is to study the concrete functionsand applications of data mining on the foundation of customer's relationshipmanagement system.
