The development of Internet expedites the emergence of the brand-new online commercial mode, E-commerce. This concept interrelates with magnanimity of customers' information from the beginning. At the same time, the competitions of the e-commerce enterprises are often determined by just a click of mouse, so how to obtain and keep this kind of relatively highly-mobile network customers becomes the focus competed for among every e-commerce enterprises. There is only one way to achieve that is to understand the customers better. Enterprises begin to carry out the idea of customer relationship management in all respects of their practice such as production, sell, of after-sale service. In this course, using all kinds of relevant information in customer's data warehouse is necessary. And how to effectively utilize the information become primary technological problem of the field. Because of this, the data mining technology catch the trends. The function of data mining in customer relationship management is to choose and washing customer's data, the obtaining and keeping of the customer, valuable customer distinguish, customer satisfaction analysis and customer's credit analysis and so on. This text is to study the concrete functions and applications of data mining on the foundation of customer's relationship management system. And tracking with simple examples to simulate WebPages browsing behavior through algorithm application of data mining.
