With the rapid development of knowledge economy, people set ahigher standard for talent nowadays. Now, people judge talent not only byhow much knowledge they own, but also by how much ability theypossess, especially innovation ability. And with the crazing developmentof the technology on information and network, the informational processof education has already stepped into our life. Our education has aprofound change in each side, such as our educational ideology, pattern,method, means and so on. While requiting the students to grasp therudimentary knowledge and basic skills, we should know it is a keysubject on education to improve the students' quality, train theirresearching ability and innovative spirit, and make qualified talent in thenew era.This thesis starts with analyzing the situations and shortcomings ofthe current discipline website, considers the integrated factors, includingteaching resource, course, evaluation and so on. Under the instruction ofthe systematic science, the modern education theory, the structuralism,the instruction design theory and the cognitive psychology, we shoulddesign the discipline website integrally, which is suitable for multimedia,resource sharing, computerized teaching as well as for the autonomouslearning, and brings together the teaching resource, course, evaluation inan integrative blending-learning network.It separately expounds the background, outline, theory, moduledesign, system-structure and database-design, teaching-practice andreview of the discipline website. According to B/S structure, we adopt themodule design principle; build up the system log-in module, networkclassroom- module, learning group-module and resource-module of the Fly Discipline Teaching Website from top to down. Then we practice theFly Discipline Teaching Website with the text Taoist priest Tower inSenior Gradeā…”; and provide source codes of the typical pages.
