Nowadays, many telecommunication enterprises begin to develop their own CRM(Customer Relationship Management) products. Following the traditional exploring pattern, the process is complicated with high cost and poor performance. These deficiencies are made up by the appearance of Spring. Based on the open source framework, a new exploring model of CRM system is presented and some relative problems are studied in this thesis.Enterprise development model by using light weight framework Spring and AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) technology is focused in this thesis. The structure of Spring and the concept of dependency injection are analyzed in the beginning. According to the discussion of the concept of Spring, EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans) can be replaced by Spring to transfer the business couple into Bean factory, which improves the system flexibility. Meanwhile, by taking advantage of response theory of AJAX technology for the development of CRM system with B/S structure, the customers do not need to refresh nor wait. The interactivity of the system is also improved. Moreover, a general technical structure of the telecommunication CRM system is designed to illustrate the advantages of J2EE development based on the open source technology, which combines features of Spring and AJAX technology. According to the analysis of the traditional model of CRM, a new customer model is presented, which can provide customers with detailed information and various views from every aspect. Finally, the optimization of the system and some relative methods are analyzed.A new development model based on the open source framework is presented in this thesis, the conclusion that Spring can replace EJB is also proved by the instance of CRM system. All the results of research have formed into real product, and validation has been made upon the practical point of view.
