The Study And Application Of PDM System Based On Web Technology

This project has realized the integration that three-dimensional CAD software with PDM system. by synthetically using a series of development methods .It is based on Unigraphics NX (UG NX) which is a integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software of UGS Corporation of American and Visual C++6.0 which is a classics programming software of Microsoft Corporation.The author has mainly carried on the following researches in this paper:The thesis has set forth PDM detailedly applying integrated principle and method , has analysed the PDM function as integrated enterprise information frame and PDM system key technology . three arrangement of ideas and three kinds patterns to study in a deepgoing way.Studied the solid modeling of UG NX thoroughly, including the application of solid modeling, express and parameter-driven modeling. Studied secondary development methods of UG NX, including UG/OPEN API, MenuScript and UIStyler. Studied the whole process of secondary development. Based on the above study.The this project has brought forward population design plan that three-dimensional CAD system integrated to PDM system.According to PDM integrated principle , the thesis combining VC + + 6. 0 and UG Secondary Development, according to the PDM technology, system integration , integrated PDM to CAD studying the structure , method and step. the thesis has integrated PDM system to UGNX, has given appearance example.Taking that one machine building head office puts PDM into practice as an example finally, sets forth PDM actualize step. having evaluate the effect after enterprise actualize the PDM ,have reference value to the others.
