This paper designs a DC servo control system based on DSP, it is a part of industry scene level motion control system. Based on the servo system's capability which is more rapidly and more provisioned and more stabilization by request, the paper uses the TMS320LF2407A produced by TI and make the control system come true.Firstly, the paper studies the theory of the compare operation and the PWM pulse outputting and catch cell. Secondly, the paper analyzes the theory of the working and configuration of the DC servo electromotor, especially the theory about of the startup, speed regulation and stop of the DC servo electromotor and also studies the PWM control theory. The system realizes closed-loop control using PI measure. In the software environment, the paper designs the software which achieves the functions, such as startup, stop, accelerate and decelerate. In the hardware environment, the paper designs DSP peripheral circuit and drive circuit. And also the paper designs the protect measure.Finally, the paper analyses the result of the movement experimentation. The system result is that DC servo motor moves placidity, anchor point nicety, startup quickly and speed controlling agility and so on movement effect. It proves that the controlling system designed by this paper is a more perfect system using in the DC servo motor controlling field.
