Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market, every telecom operator have a in-depth thought about how to increase customer's loyalty, how to substantially reduce network costs and how to find a new continue profit-making points. From a macro perspective, they must constantly introduce new businesses to meet customer demand, on the other hand, make sure that the network can continue to provide a reliable, stable and high-quality service. By using modern computer technology, the operators can achieve the effective management of the network to ensure network security, reliability effectively operating. The SLA performance acquisition system base on IP Network Management is developed for telecom network. SLA performance data collected and displayed to the user according to user's needs by using SNMP protocol. The large-scale acquisition problem is resolved by using optimization procedure of links allocation. Compared with other systems, configuring flexibility, and low cost, easy to integrate with other system are main advantages of the system. This paper mainly contributes to the following there aspects;1. Acquisition of links is flexible configuration and management;2. Using distributed system architecture, link to solve the large-scale data acquisition system and the balance for various data collectors;3. Using modular system design, system with flexible configuration meets the needs of users with different functions; This paper discussed the structure and advantage of SLA performance acquisition system. Taking an example of Network Management system, the main structure and implement of SLA performance acquisition system are introduced. At last, a solution for large-scale data acquisition is discussed.
