Design And Realization Of The Data Base Management System For Hi-Tech Investment Projects

The Data Base Management System for Hi-Tech Investment Projects is developed specifically for more effective project management for Shanxi government-invested hi-tech projects. The system is capable of eight functions, namely user management, project management, project progressing monitoring, project survey, project statistics, user password management, table printing and system help.This thesis mainly discussed on the design and implementation based on XML system framework, with the development of mobilized project base set as background for discussion.I. Presentation design. The concept of rich-client is adopted in the design of presentation. It enables the application of concept of presentation group, which help to solve the problems caused by high-frequent refreshing to the webpage. The communication mechanism between client and service end is established, with the introduction of XML http request to realizeII. Database design. The JDBC DAO Framework of database is adopted in structure design, with data subject and visiting database being packaged. The framework design of database is designed to enable relative independence of logical layer of operation and data design respectively, and strengthen system integration.III. Database programming. Considering the extensive amount of repeated codes, the system is designed and developed with the technology of auto coding in data layer. It utilizes the database connection pool connecting databases, and builds corresponding template, so that large amount of programming work is saved.The system design fully considered the various aspects that could affect the appropriate functioning of the system, and greatly improved the adaptability and extendibility of the software system. The establishment of the system greatly facilitated the hi-tech investment projects management for Shanxi Province, and at the same time provided convenience for the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission to effectively supervise all these projects from the provincial level.
