PHS Network Optimizing Means Study Of Nanning PA19-2 And PA20-1

With the continuous investment and operation of PHS (Personnel Handy Phone System) wireless network, PHS users in the city of Nanning increase steadily and become more and more. So our mission has been converted from system construction into utilizing resource at reason and boosting users' satisfaction. This article will discuss at the means of network optimizing. And we adopt different way at different PA in practice and have made it effective. The ways and means are as following: 1) To analyze and evaluate Nanning's PHS network, and to select two users who have great telephone and potential traffic, and whose drop calls make more effect to network, and then to optimize their PA. 2) To collect and analyze the information of complaint, telephone traffic and base stations and speech path test. 3) To make a reconnaissance for the base stations who affect working targets and to make optimizing projects based on practice and then to finish them. 4) To evaluate the two PA optimizing effects and so as to optimize their PA overeastting, to enlarge capacity and to enhance the telephone traffic quality while decrease drop call rate, and to make a result of boosting users' satisfaction.
