Today, with the rapid development of information, FCS develops towards networking and digital because of the development and competition of all kinds of Field Bus, the application and pervasion of diversified computer mainstream technology in industrial control field, and the continuation and inheritance of automation technology. A company needs to extend Intranet to production fields or equipments directly, join it to Infranet and Internet urgently. That is the new network structure mode: Infranet-Intranet-Internet of enterprise management and control integrative system. Researching Field Bus integration provides the feasibility of enterprise's integration. This paper expounds the technology of Field Bus integration from these three ways: multi-buses or multi-protocols integration, multi-system integration and multi-technology integration. The integration between Infranet and Ethernet is the key to enterprise's integrative system. So the integration of Field Bus and Ethernet is focused. And the new Ethernet technology-Profinet is introduced detailedly.Several typical Field Buses are introduced briefly in the paper. It analysis and compares the predominance, the application foreground and the development in China of PROFIBUS, with another Field Buses. That is the academic base of Field Bus type choosing. The PLC Infranet system based on PROFIBUS-DP is built in the practical project. The schemes of FCS integration based on PROFIBUS-DP are introduced.The SIMATIC series products are used in the whole project. Two schemes, designed by integrating PROFIBUS-DP with Ethernet, PROFINET and other technology, both are achieved the intention of management and control integrative system. Network configuration, HW/SW configuration, monitor configuration and component map configuration are come true by using STEP7, WINCC and IMAP. Remote monitor and data share are realized by integrating WEB, ODBC and DDE technology. The system has exerted all strong function of Field Buses as the bottom information network of enterprises has optimized the control, saved the cost and it runs steadily. The intention to realize the integration of management and control has realized basically.
