The Study And Design Of Billing System For Central Air Conditioning

As the development of information technology and the widely application of central air conditioning, How to control it effectively and charge it exactly has been a hot point in this research field. This paper is focus on the temperature control and the billing of a central air conditioning terminal system in some apartment and present a applied billing system of central air conditioning based on the computer observe and control network and energy charge mode.Because there is more billing node needed be controlled and system need be low cost, this paper presented and designed a two stage observe and control network structure based on RS-485 bus, which include host computer, communication and billing/temperature control (client) system. The billing/temperature control machine spreads around in every room of floor, which detects and controls the real time temperature of every room and charge the fee. The host computer in the central control room supervised and controls the billing/temperature control machine. The communication computer connects the host and client and takes charge of the communication.The paper has designed the topological structure of network and made communication protocol of network based on HDLC standard. We have manufactured special billing/temperature control machine and communication hardware system based on the AT89C51, developed the billing arithmetic based on energy consume, finished the C program of communication and client system to realize the above functions and Delphi program of host to implement central supervision and administration.The designed system had been emulated in laboratory successfully and the efficiency and application value of the research result in this paper had been validated.
