With the social development and the progress of modern science and technology, studies on cryobiology are attracting more and more attention. This paper aims at analyzing the influence of low frequency electromagnetic field on the formation of the organism's kryogen when it is to be preserved at a certain low temperature. Since the speed of altering the temperature affects the survival of the cell directly or may cause harm to the cells structure, this alteration should be confined to a suitable and adjustable degree. Thus, there is a great need for the temperature control system under a low temperature with the development of cryobiology. This paper firstly introduced the computer-based temperature control system that takes the semiconductor as temperature controller and is driven by means of PWM. General premises on this computer-based temperature control system were firstly defined in this system. That is to use LabVIEW as software and DAQ to collect data and to control the temperature by PWM. Then the paper introduced the hardware of the system, which includes the function of the platinum resistance sensor and the design of the signal mediate board and the H bridge drive circuit as well as a further explanation on the design of the low frequency revolving electromagnetic field.This paper elaborated the reciprocal affection of the LabVTEW-based electromagnetic field on the biological solution in the process of freezing at a low speed. By adopting KMnO4 solution with a density of 0.9% the same as that of saline water as samples, the semiconductor refrigerator as the temperature freezer, and by observing the freezing process of the biological solution under a low temperature with the cryobiological microscope, this study endeavors to find out the best magnetic control parameter to improve the growth of solution kryogen through analyzing this freezing process, and the relationship between the shape of the kryogen and the magnetic frequency and intensity on the condition of different frequencies and magnetic fields at a certain speed of lowing the temperature. Through a lot of experiments, we get some analyzing results, when you adjust the speed of lowing temperature to 0.5°C/min, and add the frequency of rotate magnetic field to 50Hz, and the intensity of low magnetic field is 5.96 gauss. We can observe the shape of Kryopen is smaller and closer than other low frequency condition. So we can conclusion that at this condition it does little harm to the cell, and it is a favor to preserve the biology.
