In 2010,with the advent of Smartphone era,the mobile phone industry has an explosive growth in China,and the market is saturated by 2017,and turns into the Red Ocean.In a few short years,the major manufacturers' concentration lead to excessive competition.Left to market forces,some mobile phone companies fade away.For example,in the era of Contract Phone--"ZTE/Huawei/Coolpad/Lenovo";all kinds of segment market to seize TCL,Newman,Meitou and other brands.However,in this ultra-competitive world,some companies who have the core competitiveness would be survive,otherwise,they should be gradually faded out of the public.R smartphone is established in 2013 and share by W Group.This paper take the R brand as the research object,to comb the problems by describing and analyzing in detail of Brand R and the marketing situation,associating the gained knowledge on marketing and enterprise management.Meanwhile,the paper shall re-establish Brand R's marketing strategy and find out the most suitable marketing strategy by surveys or other methods.Hope that this paper can help Brand R find out the clear market positioning and gain the places in the highly competitive Red Ocean.And laid a foundation for future growth in oversea market.
