The Software Designing And Realizing Of Liquid Level Detecting System

During the process of fuel filling up of the rocket, the height of liquid fuel should be measured exactly. During the usage of fuel, the position of leaving liquid fuel should be measured. The system is designed for the measure of propellant above. The system applies sensor technique, data-acquirement technique and data-processing technique. The parameter of liquid fuel is measured by sensor, processed by single-chip, and then is send to PC to be displayed. The system realizes in-line measurement.Analysing the characteristic of the liquid detecting system, the thesis establishes hardware structure, including sensor and transducer system, data-acquirement and communication interface. Particularity, main guideline and require technique is considered. Reliability, security and trend of international liquid level detecting system is analysed. Software system is adopted object oriented technique and VC++6.0 as programming language to develop the application software of propellant liquid level detecting system.Because there is noise in the original signal of liquid level in trunk, the system adopts removing-extremum arithmetic. Adopting removing-extremum arithmetic, noise is be restrained efficiency. The thesis discusses database system design liquid level detecting software system.。The design makes use of ADO database access technology, and analyzes database system affair attemper method, which improve real-time detecting software, increase utilization of system resource, and reduce power cost.The soft testing shows, the liquid level signal detected has better precision, real-time data display and history analyse realize, and the main technique index achieves system requirement. Soft testing verifies the system's reliability and feasibility.
