| The press release system of Guangxi started in 1998,which is one of the earliest provinces to carry out this system. It is of great significance in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which is a minority area with special geography ,to establish and promote press release system. After nearly 10 years exploration and practice, spokesman service of Guangxi grows up and the procedures are gradually standardized. We already have accumulated experience to deal with emergencies in Guangxi. Both in Guangxi and other provinces the press release system has the distinctive socialist nature and characteristic. Compared to the developed areas, there are many problems in Guangxi, for example, regional development is out of balance, the content is not so objective or comprehensive, form of release is too monotonous, timeliness is not updated, it is unable to evalue the effect of press release, Spokesmen quality is too weak and so on.The causes of these are backward ideas, the low level of profession, the relatively lagging legal construction of the press release. In order to improve the system, the thesis proposes solutions, such as holding regular press conference, training a team of high-caliber spokesmen, improving emergency information submitted mechanism, strengthening the management of the press releases process, to build a CHINA—ASEAN information interchange platform, reinforcing network press release and online exchanges, and so on.This thesis start with the exploration of Guangxi government news release system and try to draw the outline of Guangxi press releases and the development of current status, and then make some relative suggestions on it, especially for its theory in regional communication, which would urge regional cooperation in different fields. |
