Research And Achievement Of YG Defense Area Multi-media Network Surveillance System

Basing on the YG defense area surveillance project,the thesis analyzes some disadvantages of the existing YG defense area surveillance system,which couldn't span multi-net-segment to surveille the scene from the long-distance.So, we started to study and finished the task of digital video network surveillance system with IP multicast.In the thesis, problem of"real-time performance and QoS of video transmission"are addressed comprehensively. According to the feature of the system,we study the standard of MPEG-4,the protocol of network transmitting,TCP .In the system , many users need the video data at the same time.According to the feature,we study the technique of IP multicast. In the thesis,we have a new idea of"IP multi-broadcast transmission based on UDP and RTP/RTCP protocols". While studying the thesis and designing the system, we use the method of system project. Comparing Client/Server with two layers,Client/Server with three layers,Browser/Server module system structure , We design the structure of YG defense area surveillance system and the hardware scheme and the software scheme and the network communication modules. We choose the visual C++ as platform of software design.We do a lot of work in software design. We give the flow charts and the detailed realization of each module and IP multicast programe.The thesis has supported the construction of the YG defense area surveillance system. The achievement of the thesis has been used in fact.
