The piezoelectric material, a kind of functional material, is of the mechanic–cal-electric coupling characteristic, in which mechanical signals and electric signals can be converted into each other by the piezoelectric effect. Piezoelectric materials have been widely used as actuators and sensors in intelligent structures. Vibration controlling with piezoelectric material as driver and sensor part, it has been one of the hotspots in engineering vibration control now.Following is the main contents of this article. On the basis of the large number of reading reference both at home and abroad, the contents of which related studies were reviewed. In this paper, two piezoelectric film smart beam dynamics model and a number of piezoelectric film smart beam dynamics model and their robust control model were established. In his article, the linear-quadratic (LQR) controller and loop transfer recovery (LTR) controller were established. Using LQR controller and LTR controller completed smart beam in the initial mode, step, random excitation of the multiple-input multiple-output model of multi-mode vibration control simulation. Smart beam control results show that the vibration control can be effectively inhibited and the newly created smart beam model is feasible and good controllability. It also describes in the text established LQR controller and LTR controller has good control.
