On Construction Of Network Information Resources Of China Within The Scientific Development View's Frame Of Reference

As soon as Network Information Resources emerge, it is favored among network users. On one hand, it makes greater and greater difference to our lives in nowadays. On the other hand, it′s harder and harder to find out the useful information resources in front of disordered and starfish-shaped information. Therefore, the construction study about Network Information Resources is imperative. First of all, this paper analyzes problems which exist in the construction of Network Information Resources. Second, the author give up with some advices within the Scientific Development View's Frame of Reference.Based on traditional information resources and analysis of Network Information, The article determines the definition of Network Information Resources, and introduces the common and Chinese characteristic of Network Information Resources and puts forward the necessaries of Construction of Network Information Resources in China.Based on information and data from foremen, with the guideline of Philosophy principles, and actual situation of China, the author discuss the Construction of Network Information Resources through Scientific development view. The author believes that the Construction of Network Information Resources should meet the needs of people and abide by laws and develop the east, west, middle area of China harmoniously.The main thesis results are as follows:(1) Clarify the concept of construction of Network Information Resources.(2) How to construct the Network Information Resource within the Scientific Develop-ment View's Frame of Reference.(3) Give up with a way of valuation of Network Information Resources.
