With the great development of space technology, there is an enormouse expand in the quantity of payload and data transmite channel. While the high speed multiplexing technology is still in the level of multi-to-one and first in first out in China nowadays, in order to satisfy the requirement of aerocraft's multi-input and multi-output in future, it lead to a resolution about orbit high speed multiplex and routing technology.The technology of high speed multiplex and routing discribed in the paper include multiplex data sources, mlti-storages and multi-output. The paper introduced a combinative design of FPGA and embedded SoC. It utilizes the high speed data handle capability of FPGA and the flexibility of SoC, realize the subarea access and management for multiplex data sources and give the priority to transmit the important and sensitive data firstly, as a result it enhances the real time and availability of data.The space data from payloads were packed and RS encoded according to CCSDS AOS recommendation, them can be transfered in the space-ground link circumstance, such as long transmission delay, weak signal level, large channel noise and Dopple frequency shift.The research will be widly applied in the spacecraft's payload data handling unite and will be have significative value for space missions in future.
