Research And Implementation Of IP Over CCSDS Protocols

With the continuous development and mature of space technology and Internet technology, human exploration of space is more and more thorough.The space missions are more frequent and diversification.The demand of the interoperability between networks become more and more urgent.The ground IP network and space network seamless connection together to build the world information network system integration has become an inevitable trend.AOS protocol proposed by CCSDS can handle high-capacity and high-speed data, for the transmission of video, audio and images of realistic needs. CCSDS AOS standard has become an international mainstream.Currently, most foreign space organizations have adopted CCSDS standard and aerospace technology is more mature.Because of the late start,the majority of spacecraft also uses the telemetry system traditional, has been difficult to meet the needs of complex data.Therefore, China needs to adopt the CCSDS AOS standard.Based on this background, this article through to CCSDS standard and the research of IP packet protocol and space data link frame conversion technology, analyzes the TCP/IP protocol, CCSDS AOS protocol, CCSDS main network of services and service levels, etc.In the end, this article designs the IP over CCSDS gateway and implements mutual conversion of IP packets and CCSDS AOS space Data Link frame transformation.This article describes the design principle of the gateway, the actual set up simulation experiment platform to test gateway and verify its correctness.It eventually reachs the expected aim.
