Uncoiling Tension Control Of Automatic Product Line Of The Vehicle Licence Plate's Semi-products's Reflection Membrane

The automation level of product line of the vehicle license plate's semi-products is low in our country. As the much improved level of people's life more and more people now can pay for a vehicle. And for this it increases the demand of relative area of the vehicle such as vehicle license plate's semi-products. The line of the vehicle license plate's semi-products is in cooperation with Jingan co., we choose the uncoiling tension control system of the aluminium cingulum's sticking tache as the research object. We hope to resolve the most important problem which effect the quality of vehicle license plate's semi-products.This thesis analyses all parts of tension control system's models such as the tramission model of AC servo, the tension model, the real-time film roll's diameter model and so on. On the basis of this, it makes a further research on the IMC-PID self-regulating algorithm of the reflective film's unwinding tension control system and carries on the simulation to the corresponding control models. We compare the IMC-PID self-regulating algorithm with PID and hope to find the best way to resolve the problem. And finally we find out that the IMC-PID self-regulating algorithm is better.This thesis combines the network control technology with the control system to study the network control system based on PROFIBUS. We designed the PROFIBUS master station and slave stations' control software. And, it also gives the corresponding control flowcharts.
