Simulation technology has been used prevalently in scientific decision and practice in modern management for its practicability. The thesis hereby introduces the basic concept and the theory of the simulation system, expounds its function in the managing decision-making and its development status in domestic and overseas, then points out the hot points and general conditions of the research and its prospect.The GPSS is a simulation language for discrete system and has been widely applied in the analysis and designing for the economic and management department. By analyzing the advantages and weaknesses of current GPSS, the author points out the advantages of object-oriented technology in the design and development of simulation software system. Then, the author detailed introduce his strong simulation module develop function and openly compiled GPSS/C++ which developed with Visual C++ 6. 0 based on the character of GPSS. This article introduces summarily the background of GPSS/C++'s development, performance of the system and its feature; and releases the key structure of the system and main idea in its design. Discussions are conducted as to some technical problems and their actualization to some depth. In this article the author introduces the language features and module function of the simulation system GPSS/C++. At the end of the thesis, two instances are simulated and analyzed with GPSS/C++. The purpose is to display the language's style and character of the GPSS/C++.The development of GPSS/C++ simulation system would greatly promote the application of simulation technology in industry production, transportation and social economy. It will undoubtedly promote the economic benefits and it is helpful in social and economic development.
