With the rapid development of digital technology, more and more three dimensional animation works appear in the large-scale movie, the cartoon, the television and the advertisement media. It is time consuming to render complex scenes and special effects in the animation manufacture process, which becomes the bottleneck of animation production. Cluster rendering system is an effective method to alleviate the bottleneck question and promote rendering efficiency.Because of the widespread of cluster rendering system and the increment of the software and hardware resources, so the system errors are increasing gradually as well. In that case, it is very important to monitor the system. The data obtained in the process of monitor is useful to load balancing; job scheduling and corresponding service adjusting, and it can be used to inform the manager the breakdown related of hardware promptly, in order to guarantee the reliability of cluster system.From the problems are mentioned above, this paper designs one kind of visualization interface which makes the user to exam the job running status, rendering results and cluster status, so that they can deal with the problems in the system. First of all, this paper introduces the cluster and its characters, then analyses the constitution of cluster rendering monitor system, work steps .What's more, aiming at the work steps of cluster rendering monitor system, this paper raises the visualization technology which applies to cluster rendering monitor system. Secondly, this paper also puts forward the general requirements of cluster rendering monitor system, and according to these requirements, this paper has designed the functional modules of system. Finally, it implements the functions that job running status, rendering results, cluster status and so on in the LSF platform.
