Based on research and development of Integrated Electronic Commerce Software, this paper discusses the process, method, tool of software development. The whole task penetrates the developing process based on 3-layer architecture. It uses architecture methods and technologies such as Design Pattern ect. Moreover, it integrates UML, ACME and Petri net to establish software models. At last, it implements these models by using the improved MVC pattern on J2EE platform.Firstly, the architecture and main technologies of J2EE are discussed. Then, the configuration and interactive relations of MVC pattern are discussed. Latter, a method of improving the MVC pattern and realizing it on J2EE platform is given. In the phase of domain analysis, the requirement of International Settlement software is abstracted and described, then, use case model and activity model are created. In the phase of domain design, based on UML and ACME, object structure model and object behavior model of International Settlement software are created. Petri net method is used to build the dynamic model, which is used to optimizing the dynamic characteristic of this system. At last, based on MVC method and 3-layer architecture, the realization of International Settlement software is given.It was proved that the methods and technologies of software engineering given by this paper can help us to build precise and realizable models. Also, the improved MVC pattern was used to develop International Settlement software on J2EE platform, which shortened the time of software development and raise the software performance and software maintainability.
