The surface electromyography (sEMG) are the time and space synthesis result of complicated muscle electricity active on the top of skin, the measurement and analysis about sEMG has a very important significance for the clinic diagnosis, helping medicine, and athletics medicine.Design of surface electromyography digital transducer was discussed. According to the special character of surface electromyography and basic need of collection technology, it had been explored to investigate the electrode shape and the right placing method. The instrumentation amplifier INA128 was adopted to design preamplifier circuit. Active filter was designed and serial A/D switch circuit controller was used to output digital signal.The design method and key technology of surface electromyography signal acquisition system based on a 16bit MCU (SPCE061A) was presented. An application with USB Flash Disk as removable storage device in data acquisition systems is introduced in detail. Following USB Bulk-Only transport specification, and USB UFI commands specification, microcontroller reading and writing general USB Flash Disk is implemented based on USB Host/Slave controller chip CH375, which is using USB Host technology and supporting FAT16 file system. It can be widely used in data acquisition systems which need to communicate with computers.
