Muscle fatigue analysis has a wide range of applications in the fields of psychology,sports,rehabilitation medicine and biology.Surface electromyography(SEMG)based method is the main approach of muscle fatigue analysis.SEMG acquisition,which can quantify the EMG energy,is a safe,noninvasive method of recording electromyography.Although there are a wide variety of EMG devices on the market,most of the achieved features do not include a analysis of muscle fatigue.Therefore,this thesis developed a SEMG acquisition system and associated software.It can be used for SEMG data acquisition,and the parametric analysis of muscle fatigue.The SEMG acquisition system and associated software have two main functions: body SEMG signal acquisition and parametric analysis of muscle fatigue.Specific work is as follows:1.SEMG acquisition circuit and DSP(digital signal processor)master program design.SEMG acquisition circuit and DSP program were designed to achieve acquisition and transmission of the SEMG signal.2.PC-side data communication software design and MATLAB muscle fatigue analysis program design.The SEMG data was stored by PC-side data communication software;The fatigue parameters of SEMG were analyzed by MATLAB muscle fatigue analysis program.3.System performance test.This thesis completed the test of the key indicators of SEMG acquisition system.Its common mode rejection ratio could reach 111 dB,and the noise was 3.8?V,which achieved and even exceeded the performance of the similar products abroad.4.The application of SEMG Acquisition System was verified.In this thesis,the experiment of flattening dumbbells was designed and the SEMG data of 11 subjects were collected to analyze the muscle fatigue parameters.It was found that the fatigue parameters of biceps muscle showed a consistent change with the deepening of muscle fatigue.Root mean square and integral electromyography increased with the increase of muscle fatigue.Mean power frequency,zero-crossing rate and median frequency decreased with the increase of muscle fatigue.The results of the experimental analysis were consistent with those of other scholars.It was verified that the SEMG acquisition system could be applied to the parametric analysis of muscle fatigue.
