Industrial Computed Tomography technology is considered as the best means for non destructive testing in industrial field. From 1970s the first medical CT was invented, CT technology has experienced several successive development phases, and each phase brings forward new challengers to its control system. Although industrial CT have some similarity with medical CT, its functions and frame structure are quite deferent depends on the specified industrial CT. Nowadays, most industrial CT products in our country are custom-built, so how to design a well performed, universal and extensible control system for industrial CT, as well as promote scanning efficiency, shorten R&D time has become the most important task in standardization designing of industrial CT.The thesis introduced the project's background, objective and task, as well as the industrial CT technology status quo. By utilizing engineering control structure model, the designing method for industrial CT control system was studied. Based on the research, a successful example of control system was put forward, including system distribution, configuration, realizing scheme and key components selection etc., which gives comprehensive consideration farthest to function designing against structure designing.Motion control system is one of the key technologies. The performance of motion control system has close relations with precision, availability of acquisition data and veracity of image reconstruction. Restricted by the acquisition speed and scanning mode, the motion part always works in high precision and low speed state. In order to guarantee the reliability, imported servo motor and its driver are generally selected in practical project. In chapter four the mathematics model of servo system was built, and then, by using Matlab tools, the relations between parameters and response, the parameters'adjusting method of current loop, velocity loop, and position loop was studied, and the simulation results proved the validity of parameter configuration method.
