The agriculture, rural area, the peasants to the Chinese society'simportance is without a doubt. From ancient until now, they're all directlyor indirectly deciding the Chinese history and development trace. Untiltoday, the three agrie-problems are still being the biggest bottleneckrestricting the Chinese modernization advancement.Because of the traditional dualistic system division between city andcountryside, the farmer continuously is at in fact vulnerable position, alongwith the Chinese modernization advancement, the differences betweentown and country is also in further expanding. In recent years, this problemhas given rise to lots of concerns, but the communicative unbalance on"agriculture, rural area & peasantry" actually still exists in the mass mediadissemination domain. Such as the media resource distribution isunbalanced, mass media pay little attention to the vulnerable population,and peasants cannot obtain discourse power etc. This kind of phenomenonformation has its historical, social, economical and cultural background,and will lead to multiple influences such as the "knowledge gap" expandsin rural area, peasants be caught in both matter and information poverty,and the mass culture put "the culture colonizes" to the traditionalcountryside etc.Must reverse this present situation, depends on to city and countrysidedual system breaking, depends on to the media system and the structuretransformation, depends on to carry out the farmer media literacy educationand many intermediary accomplishment pushes forward together. This copy tries to discuss on the present situation, reasons, diversifiedconsequence and the solving countermeasures for this problem, and to do acomparatively systematic theory investigation and discussion on theembodiment of the three agric-problems in mass communication field.
