Mass media plays an important role in today’s social life, permeate every corner of people in real life, it is the world people know, understand the important way of social life, plays an important role in people’s life. Due to the influence of many factors, such as commercialization, the mass media on the reflection of social reality is not objective reflection of the mirror type, but appears after the selection and processing. Vulnerable groups is an important group in today’s society, the mass media, especially the people’s livelihood news reports to them and image creation, not only affects the disadvantaged group itself, and it affects the general audience perception of vulnerable groups, which have the opposite effect and cause a series of problems of real life.In this paper, the people’s livelihood news programs as a starting point, combined with specific case analysis of people’s livelihood news programs in vulnerable groups report the problems and its influence to the real life.
