The Design And Key Technologies Research Of Hunan State Tax Statement Management System Based On MVC Model

At the beginning of this century, along with developing the 'Golden Tax Project', Hunan State Tax Bureau had achieved the target for province, city and county operation online in the state tax system. The business of revenues duty has been gradually actualized the popularization of the computer. The China Taxation Administration Information System is the highest percentage of the popularization, achieved the target model of all operation convergence in Hunan State Tax Bureau. All these achievements have been made the perfect preparation for unifying management of Hunan state tax statements. Under the background, in this paper we explain the design scheme of the Hunan State Tax Statement Management System and analyze its key technologies.This paper put the emphasis on researching and design analyzing of the following work, through analyzing the Demand of the Hunan State Tax Statement Management System, describing the process of system design scheme. (1) Three layers architecture confirmed, include Data generator, Data Reporter designer and generator, (2) Extracting the data through the process of storage is applied to the structural data, the data accessing of all sub-system is based on the Database, (3) Isomerism data exchange based on XML criterion actualized, (4) Design system using MVC model method, JSP technology and Action function, (5) Utilize the Struts-scheme to implement the models, the views and the components of the system.According the operating status of the system, we can draw the conclusion that the system is stable. The statements are produced in fast and accurate manner. Until now we haven't found the phenomenon of data leaking and system collapsing. Along with operation of the system, the efficiency of state tax department has been effectively promoted.
