The Design And Implementation Of Ctais For Shanghai Based On The Framework Of J2EE

After years of informationization efforts, Shanghai Sstate Taxation Bureau and Local Taxation Bureau promoted the information level and increased the efficiency of the taxation collection and management, and this laid a stable groundwork for the information-based taxation collection and management. On the premise of taxation information regulations which were put forward by the chief tax bureau of our country, CTAIS (China Tax administration Information System) is the second generation taxation collection and management system developed by Shanghai Taxation Bureau dependently. This system was applied as a whole all across Shanghai. CTAIS applied the framework of B/S and meet the application pattern of centralization of counties and districts and combined as a whole within the country.CSS' (China Software and Service Company Ltd.) framework team designed the framework, which was on the basis of the J2EE standard. This framework was simultaneity and convergence, and was very stable despite large amount of data. This framework is of such strongpoint as less coupling and easy to handle. Because I took charge of developing a block of the system, and applying the framework, I realized its principle gradually and also did further research to obtain the essence. This paper analyzed the core pattern of J2EE which was applied in our framework, the technology of Spring and Hibernate, and further analyzed the framework , at last I demonstrated it with a certain function blocks as example.1. Introduces and analyzes various J2EE core patterns applied in the framework of CTAIS in detail, as well as their characteristics.2. Analyzes the essence and merits, and took the application of AOP and the combination of the Spring framework and Hibernate.3.Introduced the CTAIS' business workflow and business model, analyzesd the practical demands from the clients' view point.4. Generally analyzes the CTAIS system and its function, and emphasizes every domain of the system client domains, facade ,and business domain and database domain.5. Takes a certain function block, from the analysis of the business demands to the creation of the related tables and the encoding of key section,and presents the process of the developing program based on the framework .To sum up, the paper, from the point of view of a user and a researcher, analyzes the structure and the application of CTAIS system. I analyzes the core patterns and open-source technology, in datail and concludes the system's strong points and its weak points.
