| Integrated Management System of Hu Nan Province Revenue, independently developed by Hu Nan Tax Bureau, is introduced in the paper. This system adopts a three-tier architecture based on B/S Model. The client adopts JSP to visit the Web server. The application server of middleware stores business logic described by JavaBean technique. The bottom tier is to build logic data warehouse by 0racle8i. The application of the management system extends some business functions for tax management system of China. And it also provides a Management Application Platform with Decision-making function for business management and leader of three-level tax authorities—provincial, city (prefectural) and counties (cities, districts).Deeply analyzing the actuality of revenue management information system, detailed requirement analysis is introduced in the paper. And the general goal and design scheme of the system is provided. In the same time, the design scheme of using data warehouse is expounded in detail. The star model is used to build concept model, and logic model is to further detail the concept model. Then the structures of the metric tables and instance tables are created, and the physical model and the meta-data model are designed. According to the system' s hardware environment, the storage structure of data and data index stratage are given. Finally, based on the methods of data mining, a decision tree classifier algorithm based on SPRINT (NS) is presented to solve the problem of time bottleneck in statistic algorithm of the system effectively.Results indicate that Integrated Management System of Revenue has perfect functions and satisfies the user' s requirement entirely. |
