Application Integrated Pre-positive Service (AIPS) is a system of computer applications software, which is used in Agriculture Bank of China. The functions mainly include two parts: the connection of different channels, (counter, ATM, POS, telephone, self-terminal, Internet, exchange, etc.), and the disposal of different operations (card network operation, deputy operation, different new-style extended operations, etc.). AIPS is a concentrated embodiment of the design for Integrated Pre-positive System. It aims to develop the exchange channel of bank and innovate financial operation products. The main objectives of the article are to explore the best way to carry out AIPS and to give a conformity project for the ceaselessly developing Integrated Pre-positive System in the electronic construction of commercial bankNowadays, the operation development of commercial bank intends to concentrated supervise of data and integrated intensification of product. Due to the compactness of the union between landscape orientation and portrait of subsystem, the complexion of intrinsic single operation system corresponding with single application of Integrated Pre-positive System has badly dragged the development of new operation. Therefore, the article put forward a design to construct AIPS of Agriculture Bank of China. In addition, it created a self-contained AIPS to conform the complicated operation model to uniform application frame. Moreover, it greatly improved the electronic level of commercial bank as well as the disposal efficiency of application system, Studied and has realized AIPS system core partial - Systems Control SC.
