As the first global telecommunication standard with China-owned IPR, TD-SCDMA is a significant breakthrough in the history of China telecommunication industry. As the users' demands for Qos increasing, it is a new challenge to (Radio Resource Management, RRM) technology. The function of RRM algorithms is allocating the appropriate resource such as the base station, the frequency, the channel and the transfer power for mobile users.By RRM, the wireless network with fixed hardware will attain higher capacity, at the same time, it will meet the quality requirements of users.Modern RRM strategies should be real-time and can take full advantage of the internal network resources. Admission Control (AC) and Dynamic Channel Allocation (DCA) are an important procedure of RRM in TD-SCDMA System.Admission control plays an important position in RRM algorithm. It is tightly associated with other RRM module. When the network received a request from a new call, the AC will make judgments based on a set of criteria. It can ensure that after the new calling users accessing successfully, the service QoS of all the users connected to the network can be met.The intention of DCA technology is to reasonably allocate the channel resources for the network users and effectively use the limited resources by providing access to as many users as possible. The advantage of the Dynamic Channel Allocation is high bandwidth efficiency, no pre-planning and can be used to adapt to the changes in network load. It is particularly suitable for multimedia communications in the wireless communication systems which contain many non-symmetric businesses. My research is targeted at the implement of AC and DCA algorithm according to the features of TD-SCDMA system. We finished the system level simulation of RRM in TD-SCDMA mobile communication, and I am responsible for the arithmetic researching and the simulation of the DCA and the AC modules. The development of AC module is based on the system load analysis and receiving power admission control strategy. The development of slow-DCA module is based on the overall forecast strategy to set the timeslot turning point. By adjusting the parameters of these two modules, we can predict the parameters impact according to the performance of the dynamic simulation system.
