Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) is putforward by China to the ITU, and formally accepted by ITU and the third generation ofcollaborative project (3GPP). In company with W-CDMA, CDMA2000, it becomes oneof mainstream standards of the third generation mobile communication system. With thepopularity of3G system, the increasing users with them for the business of the highdemand for quality of service, making the effectiveness of the wireless resources isparticularly important. In the TD-SCDMA system of wireless resource management(RRM) algorithms, dynamic channel allocation (DCA) module plays an important role.Based on the analysis of TD-SCDMA system network structure and physical framestructure, the main dynamic channel allocation implementation procedure and resourceallocation for the system are studied. First of all, this paper discusses the principle ofwireless resource management, by summing up all kinds of dynamic channel allocationtechnology to the in TDD-CDMA system. Then, a simulation model for the dynamicchannel allocation algorithm of TD-SCDMA is set up. The need of simulation of DCAalgorithm conditions and theoretical basis are analyzed in detail.According to the actual communication network environment, this paper furtherstudies the channel allocation algorithm based on cross slot interference. Based on theprinciple of minimizing inter-cell interference, in view of the interference problembetween zones, the algorithm is improved by combing time slot division and blockdivision. Finally, by system level simulation, the improved algorithm performance isverified. Results show that the different business environment, to form the cross slotinterference is different. Compared with the original algorithm which based on minimuminterference, the improved algorithm makes the system average throughput, wirelessresource utilization and system capacity to improved in different extent.
