In the 21st century, human being have entered an information ear, modern information technology which consists of computer art, network technology has stepped into each fields such as entire society economy , politics , culture , military affairs , education and so on, It has made people's thought and behavior way changing gigantic and has affected human being life each.The new elementary education reform put IITC in an important place.《Element education course reform program (try stage)》point out :"push hard applying IT into course of teaching and learning", and definite:"promoting IITC ,realizing step by step the change of content of courses presentation way , student's way of studying ,interactive way of teacher and student";"Playing the advantage of IT into sufficiently, providing the education environment of color and forceful study an implement for student's learning and development".Project-based learning websites is the new viewpoint of IITC, it is a resourceful website of one or more project probing learning about subject, it not only provides a systematic structure of knowledge, but also has created the environment on self's learning and learning in cooperation for student. Project-based learning websites emphasizes to take problem as centre , takes acting on self , cooperation , probing into as basis , takes training student's creative spirit and practice an ability as target, the content is open, practicing, comprehensive; the learning way has practicality , exploration , cooperation , initiative . So the construction and application of project-based learning websites has important researching and practicing value.The thesis introduces the present research situation of the construction and application of project-based learning websites both at home and abroad through careful study of document archives. Then the author analyses the mean and effects on the learners'mastery of knowledge, enhancement of ability and cultivating of emotion brought about application of project-based learning websites, using the Construction Theory, Humanism theory and the Multiple Intelligence (MI) Theory as the guidance. The writer chooses three cases of environmental protection in《chemistry and living》——"improve atmosphere","treasuring water resource","Protection of the Ozone Layer", and"the rubbish resourced", and constructs related activities, analyses student, learning content, learning target , learning resource , learning way , learning Estimation, the web structure , learning exchanging the forum , navigation , interface being in progress, structure the"environmental protection"project-based learning websites, provides a good learning environment for the students who carry out the research learning activities. In the process of action research, the writer inquired some students from Class 243 from Guilin Middle School. The research process includes"supposition, plan, action, observation, retrospection, revision, action again, observation again, retrospection again, and so on"Kemmis, S.). After three rounds of"environment protect"project-based websites learning, certain experience was accumulated and the practicality of these activities was thus tested and improved. During the survey, the writer had some interviews with some students, got to know the situation of their project-based websites learning, also offered timely guidance and help to the students. So the writer accumulated some materials and experience for the next stage of research. Finally, the writer pays much attention to the evaluation methods of project-based websites learning , Therefore the writer accordingly evaluates and analyzes the ability improvement, knowledge acquisition, cooperation, learning attitude, product, environmental protection knowledge, environmental protection education, environmental protection consciousness behavior achieved by the students who carry out their learning with the help of"environment protect"project-based learning websites. And the writer collects all the related research materials and reviews the applicability of"environment protect"project-based learning websites applied in chemistry learning.The results of study demonstrates that most of the students have gathered and analyzed a lot of texts, graphics and video information and access to lots of scientific knowledge after three rounds of"environment protect"project-based websites learning. Bye analyzing the data form the questionnaire《Process Estimation of"environment protect"project-based websites learning》and《knowledge questionnaire of"environment protect"project-based websites learning》,It shows that improvement is very obvious on the ability improvement, knowledge acquisition, cooperation, learning attitude, product. Environmental protection knowledge, education, environmental protection consciousness behavior. It can be drawing the following conclusion by study: Application project-based learning websites in"environment protect"teaching is effective; Application project-based learning websites cultivate student information accomplishment; Application project-based learning websites improve the ability of learning synthetically. According to analysis of the study experience and extant problem, it advises how to do about applying project-based websites learning into chemistry teaching and do relevant study, Create the living problem scene; Take seriously learning experience; Reinforce the construction of information teaching and learning system; Reinforce teaching method study on web-based. Project-based learning websites is the new viewpoint of IITC, Itself has limitation, as a new emerging things, the writer is not enough to go deep into it, the study still fairly, the study needs to be further perfected and developed.
