The Design And Implementation Of Latency Management In IP Integrate Network Management System

With the high speed evelopment of communication technology and the extention of communication market, More and more highly complex equipment are on the internet and more new services are applied ,which lead to more wordload and more cost that operator take to manage and mainten the network. In order to improve the level of network management and support new services better and monitor the status of network better and improve the efficiency of network maintence and improve service quality and low operating cost, operator need the unitied network management system more and more impendently.My contributions in this article:First, compare between the three different type of networt managementsystem, in the mean time analyse the current condition of IP network management system in detail, take out the necessity of developing the latency management.Second, after detailedly analyse J2EE architecture and the architecture of IP network management system, select the scheme of latency management ,and realize the scheme.Third, complete the design and realization of latency management.Fourth, summarize my impression during developing the software and writing the article.
