From now on, our country has built the biggest IPv6 network in the world. That is CERNET2.It has been connected with the next generation network in North America, Europe, and the other areas in Asian-Pacific Region.CERNET2 has the ability of connecting with more than 100 famous high schools in China, and it is the base for connecting the 6 CNGI backbone networks. This can give the distance-teaching a very well environment. But, nearly all of the real-time distance-teaching systems are based on IPv4. This is why they can not give the fast, fluent and clear multi-media information to the students who use the distance-teaching system. Because of that the terminal can not send data in IPv6 packets to the IPv6 network, and can not use the routers which can do fast packet transform in the IPv6 network. And the students also can not have a colorful distance-teaching scenario. So, this document designs a real-time distance-teaching system, which has the ability for connecting with the terminals in IPv4 network, IPv6 network or IPv4/IPv6 network. And this system can give the students a colorful distance-teaching scenario. And this document gives the improving method for the terminal after we do the research about the DNS on the IPv4/IPv6 scenario.
